At Runners' Feet we work hard to fit you with shoes that you will like, however, we do understand that some times once we get ready to use the shoes they do not work out.

Therefore, we have designed this return policy to make returns simple and fair:

For exchange or refund:

• Proof of purchase required
• Items must be unused with all packaging (tags attached to apparel and shoes when bringing back)
• Within 10 days of purchase
• Special orders and sale items sold as is and are not refundable

Defective Products:

• Items that fail due to an obvious manufacturing defect may be returned for repair or replacement only (no refunds), and must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required
