• Our knowledgeable staff utilizes a fitting process that looks not only at your foot length, width and shape, but goes beyond to assess your walking and/or running biomechanics.
• We start by getting know you by asking you questions about your training frequency, the kinds of surfaces you train on, any aches, and your personal goals. If you have brought your old shoes, we inspect the breakdown pattern for any clues it might give us.
• We then assess your walking or running stride and footstrike by having you walk and/or run. We then bring out several shoes that we feel have the “right stuff” to address your specific needs, and let you try them out while continuing to assess how well each shoe works for you.
• Additionally, our recommendations may include inserts, orthotics, technical aids, technical socks, or other items which we feel can improve comfort or best address specific issues.
